Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents within a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP development and goal implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to support students’ diverse needs
• Open to both local and travel candidates

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy interventions for students in grades K-12
• Assess students’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth through standardized and informal evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Support teachers and families with strategies to enhance student engagement and independence
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all documentation requirements
