Key Qualifications:

• Current Florida OT license and in good standing
• Experience or strong interest in working in educational and pediatric environments
• Previous work in OT either healthcare, school, or home health settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills
• Ability to provide effective supervision for COTAs and support best practices in therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to students, addressing individual needs as part of the educational team
• Supervise COTAs, guiding their clinical practice and overseeing documentation
• Assess, plan, and implement customized interventions to support students abilities and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and update individualized therapy goals
• Maintain compliance with state and district documentation and procedural requirements
