Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience in school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies for varying needs and age groups
• Commitment to working in-person within Fairfield and Vacaville regions throughout the academic year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy
• Provide direct intervention, both individual and group, to help students develop fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom settings
• Complete progress reports, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students in achieving goals that maximize independence and participation in school activities
