Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid OT license in the state of Indiana
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric development, sensory processing, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to various school environments
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student learning and participation
• Participate in the development and review of IEPs, providing goals, accommodations, and progress reports
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within the classroom and specialized settings
• Provide resources and home programs to support skill retention beyond the school environment
• Maintain detailed documentation compliant with school and state requirements
• Stay updated on current OT practices and participate in relevant training
