What We're Seeking:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Valid Indiana OT licensure
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare settings, or teletherapy
• Familiarity working with students and tailoring interventions to individualized education plans
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive as both a collaborative team player and an independent practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K12 students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
• Integrate evidence-based therapy within school routines and activities
• Consult with educators, families, and other professionals for comprehensive student support
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and interventions
• Adapt therapy approach for in-person and, as needed, virtual sessions
