Youll work across six small schools near Clam Gulch, AK, providing essential services to a caseload of approximately 30-35 students. Skills & Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Alaska (AK)
• Prior experience within a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, sensory integration, and therapeutic interventions for school-aged children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, students, and families
• Comfort with managing a diverse caseload across multiple sites, both virtually and onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and therapy services for students with varying needs as outlined in their IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success and access
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team collaborations, and training as needed
• Adapt therapeutic approaches for virtual platforms when providing remote services
