Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience as a school-based OT strongly preferred
- Expertise in adapting strategies and interventions for K-8 students
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to assess and develop individualized therapy plans
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students, promoting their participation and success in the classroom
- Evaluate students’ needs through comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers and staff to support adaptive learning strategies
- Document therapy sessions, maintain compliance with district and legal guidelines
- Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive environment for all students

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
