Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active licensure in California
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Adaptable, positive attitude with a commitment to student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and families to support each students development
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress
• Assist in developing creative therapy activities that engage students in meaningful learning
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for supportive interventions
