Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel between school sites
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist
• Support students’ goals related to fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to maximize students’ access to learning
• Provide interventions both individually and in group settings across multiple campuses
