Job description
Position Overview:
- Role & Location: Three Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) openings serving McAlester or Eufaula school districts, with potential for limited virtual or Home Health coverage
- Setting & Case Mix: ~75% school-based with ~25% virtual schools and/or Home Health potential (may apply to one of the three roles)
- Schedule: Full-time opportunities available; flexibility depending on caseload and school needs
- Compensation: Competitive, experience-based pay with incentives considered for the right candidate
- Experience: School experience preferred, new graduates welcome

Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising OT
- Complete documentation
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Assist with development of programs
Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
