Job description

Step into a rewarding opportunity tailored for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant eager to make an impact in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time contract role, located near Edmond, OK, offers the chance to provide essential occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade. You’ll begin as soon as possible and support students and staff through the school year, wrapping up in late May 2026.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with an active license or eligibility in Oklahoma
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to provide both direct and indirect therapeutic services
  • Committed to following contract hours with no additional non-therapist duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, related service staff, and families to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Engage in professional development as required
