What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the therapy team and daily rehab operations
- Help ensure quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and department coordination
- Support compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Provide hands-on therapy as needed
- Mentor and support therapy staff
What We’re Looking For
- Current Ohio OTA license in good standing
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized, dependable, and team-focused
- Interest in growing into a rehab leadership role
