This onsite role is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist eager to make a positive impact within a school environment from August 2026 through May 2027. You'll collaborate with educators and families to foster independence and engagement among students, tailoring interventions to help every child thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, families, and staff
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
• Initiative and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a multi-campus assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across five elementary schools
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans supporting student learning and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and administrators to integrate OT strategies into classrooms and daily activities
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
• Engage families in the therapy process and provide resources to promote carryover of skills at home
