Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads strongly preferred
• Understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and familiarity with elementary-aged children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach to working within an educational team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students occupational therapy needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across elementary grade levels
• Maintain documentation and track progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and achievement
• Serve a manageable caseload (under the cap of 65 students) for focused intervention
