This full-time, contract position serves the 25/26 school year, supporting K-12 learners across two school locations: a Montessori School and a High School. Youll collaborate with dedicated education teams, address diverse student needs, and help students thrive both academically and functionally.

Bring your passion for pediatric therapy and your ability to adapt interventions across developmental stages to an engaging and supportive educational environment. This role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, working with a varied caseload in two unique educational settings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based OT or similar environment preferred; COTAs with school experience are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and students
• Adaptability to serve a diverse K-12 student population in multiple school locations

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students functional abilities within academic and classroom settings
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student independence
• Document progress and maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Travel between two school sites as needed
