Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working within school settings is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families
• Creativity in adapting activities and interventions to meet diverse needs
• Comfortable supporting pre-K through high school students as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address educational goals
• Provide direct and consultative services in both group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and complete IEP paperwork
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to support student progress
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student independence
• Adapt environments and materials to foster accessibility and participation in classroom activities
