Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an onsite occupational therapist for the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time role (32.5 hours per week) is located near Roxbury, MA and invites dedicated OTs to foster growth for K-12 learners. You’ll work collaboratively within a passionate educational team, helping diverse students achieve greater independence and access their curriculum.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Massachusetts OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in school settings or working with children preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with K-12 academic needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of student needs and grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services for a diverse K-12 caseload (details to be determined)
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and related service providers
• Document progress and participate in meetings as required
• Employ evidence-based interventions to enhance students’ participation in classroom and school activities
• Support and train staff on OT-related strategies within the educational environment
