Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students functional needs within the school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student access and participation
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation for all services rendered
• Contribute to case conferences and IEP meetings, sharing observations and recommendations
• Adapt activities to maximize student independence and success in the classroom
• Provide consultative support and training to educational staff as needed
