Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student development
• Conduct screenings and evaluations using evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of sessions, progress, and objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations to help students overcome barriers to learning
• Offer training and guidance to staff regarding sensory, motor, and adaptive strategies within the classroom setting
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and facilitate access to the curriculum

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license is required
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of an interdisciplinary team
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
