Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
• Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services, focusing on academic, behavioral, and functional skill goals
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate students, staff, and families on OT strategies and best practices
