This itinerant role offers a chance to work throughout the county, including five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, delivering much-needed services to students with diverse needs.

In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions. No need to worry about a set caseload—details are being finalized, ensuring you’ll have input on your weekly schedule and hours.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in school-based and healthcare settings
• Ability to support students from elementary through high school
• Adaptability to travel between multiple campuses as needed
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Assess student needs and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as appropriate
• Consult with staff and families to support students’ participation in academic and daily living activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, complying with district and state requirements
• Travel between schools across the county to provide services where needed most
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
