Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience with school-based caseloads (K-12 preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to on-site, in-person service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify student needs within the K-12 population
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services according to students’ IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in professional development and training as needed
