You’ll be providing essential services to cover an OT leave from mid-August through January 2027, making a lasting impact while enjoying a steady, long-term assignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California
• Prior experience in school-based therapy required
• Proficiency with fine motor skill development
• Competence in healthcare and teletherapy models within educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in individual and group settings
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Facilitate progress in fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
• Communicate progress with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists
• Adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery methods as needed
