Located onsite near Irvine and Santa Ana, CA, this maternity leave position runs from September 2026 through December 2026, with the possibility of an extension. You’ll join a dedicated educational setting, providing essential OT support and helping students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

In this role, you’ll work directly with students, collaborating with educators and families to create dynamic, individualized interventions. Your skills will empower children to reach their full potential, whether through fine motor development, functional skills, or tailored school-based therapy. Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, reflecting your specialized talents and commitment.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • Experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Proficiency in fine motor skill development and individualized student plans
  • Ability to deliver both in-person and teletherapy services, as needed
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
  • Prior experience supporting diverse student populations a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive OT assessments and create intervention plans
  • Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapies in a school environment
  • Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting strategies
  • Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt to evolving needs, including potential teletherapy support

Here, you’ll positively impact students’ lives on a daily basis while advancing your own professional growth. If you’re eager to share your passion for occupational therapy in an energetic and collaborative atmosphere, apply now and help shape a brighter future for students in the area.
