Job description
Join a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in beautiful Missoula, Montana. Kidzoola Therapy Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time or part-time role with flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship, and a $5,000 sign-on / relocation bonus.
New grads are welcome to apply. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with mentorship available as you transition into practice.

Who We’re Looking For
• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians.
What You’ll Do
• Provide pediatric OT treatment sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement treatment plans and goals
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy
• Collaborate with caregivers and teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and promptly
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
