Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (MI)
  • Experience or training in school-based OT, home health OT, or pediatric healthcare OT preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple schools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for integrated care
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reports
  • Attend and contribute at IEP meetings as required
