Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification in Washington
- Experience with K-12 school-aged children preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students with varying needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Previous school-based OT experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers, families, and other staff
- Document progress and modify interventions as needed
- Adapt interventions for a range of disabilities and support inclusive classroom participation
- Collaborate across multiple school sites
