Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio OT license
- Active school certification for occupational therapy
- Experience working with K-8 students (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and implement individualized intervention plans for K-8 students
- Support students in developing essential fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills needed for classroom success
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists
- Maintain clear and accurate records in adherence with school system protocols
