Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Maryland Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students on a full-time basis
- Evaluate students functional abilities, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Contribute expertise as part of the schools special education team
- Provide support, resources, and guidance to teachers and families
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
