Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Ohio
  • Relevant credentials/certifications for school-based practice
  • Experience with K-8th grade caseloads is ideal
  • Ability to work flexibly across 2-5 days per week, with 16-28 hours/week
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 12-15 students, K-8th grade
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment goals, and adapt interventions to meet student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students functional skills
  • Maintain ongoing documentation and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
  • Deliver services at one or more schools within the region
