Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Previous experience in a hospital or similar rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to veterans
- Conduct therapeutic activities and exercises to help patients regain independence
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
