Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current licensure to practice in Montana (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a hospital or veteran care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized care plans
