Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in the Montecito/Santa Barbara area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide evidence-based OT interventions to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEPs and regulatory standards
