Qualifications:

  • Holds a current Illinois Occupational Therapist license (IDFPR)
  • Experience supporting students in school settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services as part of a multi-disciplinary educational team
  • Assess, plan, and implement interventions for students in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in orientation dates (8/3 & 8/4) prior to the contract start date
  • Work 1 day per week (7.5 hours) during the full school year
