Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active OT license (California, or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based settings highly valued; home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT experience a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for helping children with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEP-based interventions for a range of disabilities
- Work with varied caseloads across one or more school sites, collaborating closely with educators and families
- Provide OT services in-person and/or virtually as needed
- Document progress, update goals, and participate in IEP meetings
