Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Experience in school-based OT practice preferred
- Ability to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services on a 3:1 model to students at one elementary school site
- Provide support and direct intervention without case management duties
- Supervise a COTA as part of your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each students educational journey
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
