Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Missouri
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload across multiple locations
Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 32 direct students, totaling about 800 minutes of service weekly
- Travel between assigned elementary, middle, and high schools to deliver OT services
- Collaborate with school teams and families to support student growth
- Create and adhere to a personalized schedule, ensuring all assigned students receive weekly sessions under initial guidance
