Qualifications
- Active FL SLP license required
- Experience in school-based SLP roles preferred (but not mandatory)
- Comfortable working across different campuses as assigned
- Flexible, organized, and able to adapt to changing environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to a range of age groups (caseload and school assignments TBD)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Document and track student progress according to school district standards
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
