With a flexible schedule of four 10-hour shifts (7:00am–5:30pm), you’ll have ample time to explore Redding’s trails, lakes, and downtown hotspots—or simply relax and recharge. This is an especially welcoming setting for first-time travelers, with a supportive orientation and a team eager to foster your success.

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00am–5:30pm)
• Every third weekend required

Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapy license
• Minimum two years of occupational therapy experience
• At least one year of acute care hospital experience
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary rehab setting
• Open to first-time travelers seeking career advancement

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to inpatients in the rehab unit
• Utilize Cerner EMR to document assessments, treatments, and progress notes
• Collaborate closely with PT, Speech, nursing, and ancillary staff for holistic patient care
• Participate in staff rotation for holidays as scheduled
• Dress professionally per hospital guidelines (burgundy polo or button-down, solid dark pants)
