Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in patients’ homes, supporting those with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals to set and realize treatment goals
- Effectively manage technical, environmental, and financial resources
- Contribute to care coordination across the continuum, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize electronic documentation and patient care technology for reporting and communication
- Adapt to changing needs and prioritize patient care dynamically
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- At least one year as a licensed OT in certified home care
- Minimum of two years in acute care, rehab, or homecare settings
- Registered with the MA Board of Registration
- Reliable with various computer applications and mobile care technology
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and electronic
- Excellent customer service and ability to work with diverse populations
- Willingness to travel across the service area

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
