Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Washington, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in school-based OT preferred; home health or skilled therapy also valued
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented and able to document student progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students with a wide range of needs
• Develop and execute individualized education plan (IEP) goals in partnership with educators and families
• Assess students’ skills and recommend adaptive equipment or accommodations as needed
• Gather and synthesize assessment information to guide interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for whole-child support
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
