As a dedicated OT, you'll work on-site, supporting a caseload of 20-25 students and playing a key role in helping them achieve their developmental milestones.

Your background working in school, home health, or broader healthcare environments will serve you well as you deliver hands-on therapy, complete essential assessments, and lead COTAs within a collaborative team. If you're seeking variety and meaningful work, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make a difference in young lives and support other professionals in the process.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia license as an Occupational Therapist (VA OT)
  • Proven experience delivering therapy services in a school, home health, or similar healthcare setting
  • Confident in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive student assessments and document progress
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with children
  • In-person availability for a 37.5-hour work week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group occupational therapy interventions for approximately 20-25 students

  • Offer direct supervision and professional guidance to COTAs onsite
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
