Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus

• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Enthusiasm for delivering hands-on, student-focused therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions in accordance with IEPs
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
