Job description

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for Washington State
  • Experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, and teletherapy settings
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to tailor therapy goals and interventions to meet diverse student needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Creative problem-solving and organizational strengths

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify functional needs in fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress
  • Work closely with educators and families to support student achievement and access to the curriculum
  • Provide services both in-person and via teletherapy to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and related school-based activities
