In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with students to help them thrive both inside and outside the classroom, collaborating with staff and families to create strategies that foster student growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
• Background in school-based OT, understanding IEPs and appropriate documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for interacting with students, teachers, and families
• Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services for students as outlined in their education plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEP goals, present findings to multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and family members to integrate therapeutic approaches within classroom routines
• Maintain accurate and timely records documenting progress and interventions
• Support students in developing skills for daily living, sensory processing, fine/gross motor coordination, and school participation
