Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Current Washington ESA certification
• Active Washington OT license required
• Completed fingerprinting through OSPI
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
• Commitment to in-person services; no teletherapy option available
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (7.5 hours per day)
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group-based occupational therapy interventions within an elementary school
• Assess students using appropriate standardized tools and observations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP-based OT goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and IEP documentation
• Consult and communicate routinely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives

This contract role guarantees a consistent schedule from ASAP through June 11, 2027, allowing for deep engagement with your students and their growth over the school year.
