In this role, youll work a full-time schedule, catering to a varied caseload within your assigned grade band. Your expertise will help foster growth, independence, and academic success for students. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid ESA certification
• Washington OT license
• Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI
• Experience supporting children and adolescents preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs
• Commitment to professional collaboration and ongoing development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational strategies
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed, timely therapy records
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where all students can succeed
