Key Qualifications:

• Possess active Washington OT credentials
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school settings (in-person, virtual/teletherapy, or both)
• Familiarity with a range of disabilities and ability to adapt interventions accordingly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and team members
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans that support educational goals

What Youll Do:

• Assess student needs and develop targeted therapeutic interventions
• Conduct individual and group OT sessions, adjusting approaches based on student abilities and progress
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Communicate effectively with school staff, administrators, and families
• Deliver services on-site or via teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and consistency
