Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois (IDFPR required)
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood populations preferred
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practice and assessment tools
• Commitment to best practices in student-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy sessions for early childhood caseloads
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic support for students
• Document therapy sessions, results, and progress per school district protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
• Maintain a positive, flexible approach within an engaging school setting
