Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-8 students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This role is perfect for a dedicated OT ready to make a meaningful impact working with young learners near Dublin, OH. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 18 students across a diverse range of needs. Your total service time amounts to 3,260 minutes each quarter, not exceeding 12 hours per week—giving you a balanced schedule to deliver attentive support and creative interventions. With a quarter-based caseload and structured schedule, you’ll have the flexibility and focus to make each session count.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state
  • Experience in school settings, K-8 student population preferred
  • Skills in adapting OT interventions for both in-school and home health environments
  • Strong communication for collaboration with education teams and families
  • Ability to create customized plans aligned with educational and therapeutic goals
  • Self-motivation and time management to work efficiently within a part-time, contract framework

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services according to IEPs and student needs
