Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas
• Experience working in school settings, serving diverse student populations
• Strong knowledge of OT evaluation, intervention, and documentation practices for K–12 students
• Adaptability and collaborative spirit for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to support a full caseload
• Familiarity with IEP development and school-based therapy regulations is a plus

In This Role, You Will:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver direct services for students as outlined in IEPs
• Assist students in improving fine motor, sensory-motor, and functional life skills to support classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other related service professionals to adapt classroom environments and materials
• Track and thoroughly document progress, contributing to ongoing IEP review meetings
• Support a smooth academic experience for students by consulting on equipment, assistive technology, and intervention strategies
